Change Raceway ID in tag

It will be useful to enable the direct edit of raceway IDs in the file, e.g. using the Edit Text command as it work in the Equipment ID and to save this information to the raceways and update in the Raceway IDs dialog.

Avoid raceway overfill in manual routing

Would like the option of having the software check raceway fills when manually routing cables through raceway systems in the Cable Manager and alert the user if the fill will be exceeded.
