Add Status to Cable Pull Card report

It will be good to add the cable status info to Cable Pull Cards report.

Requested during user training (Sargent&Lundy).

How frequently will feature be used?	A few times a week
How much time will you save?	If it´s a requirement it will save a lot of time because currently not possible
