In the Options>Raceway Specifications dialog it should be possible to combine the properties for routing filters with operators like 'and' 'or'.

Example: A cable should be allowed to use CTRL or IW raceways for routing.

At the moment, it's not possible to configure, because routing filter definitions always combines the properties with the operator "and."
