In the past weeks I often found, that for certain components, like instruments, transmitters and similar there are no component scripts available.
Then there are things like relief valves which cannot be shown with the correct geometry for the actuator (topworks).
Swage-Nipples are another example - they do not show the straight ends on both sides and therefore look exactly the same as a "normal" reducer.
The manual for component scripting ist very old and needs an update regarding dll names etc.
But overall for the normal user building such a script is difficult and very time consuming.
I would like to have something like a small graphical "component builder".
Small graphical interface
user can only use the basic geometries the OPM parts normally use (Cylinder, Cone, Slab, maybe Hexagon)
Size gets "linked" to a value field in the access databases (specs)
distance to the centerpoint gets also a link to a database value
same for port connections etc.
