Make Workspace and Workset Optional Like MicroStation

Not everyone wants to be forced to use the Workspace and Workset configuration. We had MicroStation change so this could be turned off for custom configurations and need to have the same for applications like OpenPlant.

How frequently will feature be used? Several times a day
How much time will you save? It would save us a lot of redevelopment and mean we don't lose the additional functionality we have with our current build customisation.

    Hi Bear\Leonard,

    Just to clarify what the requirement, In MicroStation we have an option of "No Workspace, No Workset" where dgn is not associated to any workset, do you want to have this functionality in OpenPlant Modeler.
