Other Bentley design tools (OBD) permit the modeling of content at the X=0, Y=0, and orientation in the X axis. When the GCS system is added to the file, and aligned to the modeled content, and the model is published to PlantSight, the components will appear at the correct GCS X, Y, and orientation. OpenPlant Modeler requires the components to be modeled at their actual project relative coordinates and at the required orientation. This is ot practical when working in a Geo-coordinated model/project.
