In a File Based CAD Environment, the File Name is used to identify systems and other details about a model. Currently, users need to add this data manually to different piping and equipment components.
When a file name changes, we find that designers are forgetting to update each Piping component or Equipment component correctly. This can be automated if OPM had an EC Expression that could save the file name where the Component resides in to a Property.
Further, this could be enhanced to query the Model Description from Model Properties.
