OPOM needs to work for Mixed Metric workset

OPOM only works properly with imperial and metric work set. Auto tagging, dimensioning and borders do not work properly when using mixed metric.

How frequently will feature be used?	Several times a day
How much time will you save?	Currently we need to manually annotate labels and dimensions using dynamic views. using OPOM would say hours of time.
