Add ability to select and add multiple runs to Pipelines using the Add Run tool

Currently the Add Run to Pipeline tool only allows one pipe run at the time to be selected and added to a Pipeline. This request is to add the functionality so that multiple Pipe Runs can be selected and then added to a specific Pipeline. This most likely would require the ability to have a dialog to prompt the user for which pipe run will be which number, etc.

How frequently will feature be used? Once a week
How much time will you save? Will save some time when many runs need to be added at once.
