Populating data from spec fields to Pipe property

The PID does not support the feature of populating data from pipe spec fields to Pipe property. At current stage it is only possible for valves.

How frequently will feature be used?	A few times a day
How much time will you save?	Time is saved if some information should be placed directly from spec. It depends whether this information will be exchanged between PID and OPM.
