Attach Material to BRCM Component

BRCM Component (raceway) can't use the Attach Material" tool. Need to use "Drop Element" to be able to do so but the BRCM properties will be gone. It will be really helpful if the "Attach Material" tool can be used to apply to BRCM component as well.
