In OpenPlant Modeler, we have only one option to place valve, meaning we dont have valve with Open and Closed type for its placement.

As per standard, for open and closed type of valve we have different operator length.

At present in OpenPlant Modeler, upon placement of Valve, the first record of operator is automatically picked for its placement.

It would be great if application can determine that the valve placed is of Gate Valve-closed then it should automatically pick the operator for gate valve and of only closed type.

Or

for the time being, a spec grid would also be helpful for selecting the operator length upon placement of valve in OpenPlant Modeler.
