I would really like to see a true beta testing program implemented for OpenPlant. I have logged 40+ product defects after upgrading to newer versions of OPM. I am still waiting on fixes from the past years, and my users are struggling with in production issues affecting productivity with Plant Tools. This creates hesitancy within our user base to even consider OPM updates.

Why doesn't have a beta testing program where users perform testing and report issues prior to public release? It takes several years before Bentley resolves actual production issues, and the current process causes several interruptions to production.

An improved quality management system would be to set up a beta program with a beta forum where users can get things fixed prior to the production release.
