Validate property on component creation

We should have capability to cancel component creation/placement if some properties are not consistent. In Plantspace we can't place component if mandatory property are not filled or some geometry values are not consistent.
For example in OPM, we can place a generic valve with length=0. We should have custom attribute on property to check if the value is correct/valid.
Check should work on rules like value is define, in range (min/max), or calculation based on another property (this.length > 2x this.Outside dia)

How frequently will feature be used? Several times a day
How much time will you save? Not saving time by control the risk to get inconsistency values or missing property

    Hi Pascal,

Do want this check only for dimensional properties of component e.g. Length, Diameter etc ?

Secondly, we can provide a custom attribute to give flexibility to the users to add check in schema. However adding this in OOTB for all graphical elements and for all their dimensional properties would be a very big effort. I think we can add it as an example for few properteis and for few components.
