Ability to provision multiple projects and imodels with same workset

Currently, OPPA doesn't allow users to provision the same workset accross multiple iModels or Projects in the cloud.


Users need to duplicate their effort and manage duplicate worksets for multiple projects.


Why isn't it possible to provision multiple cloud projects to use the same workset?
