As a piping designer, I would like the ability to define a custom PROPERTY_X1 on Pipe Run class to pass its values to PROPERTY_X2 on Valve class component, but only as default value and only for first time. The goal is for the target component to take on the parent value at instantiation but not change if the parent value is changed. The parent value is to be used as the default only.

Proposed Solution

Consider adding a behavioral custom attribute to hold the status of whether it was edited directly on the second property or not.
