Ability to increment tags based on a combination of fields

Currently the software only increments tags based on the number field. Would be nice if we could increment values based on a combination of fields.

For example, a "Train" Plant breakdown structure property could be included such that when the number property reaches a max value such as "999" that the "Train" property would increment. and the NUMBER property reset to 001.

How frequently will feature be used? Once a month or longer
How much time will you save? Small amount of time when the max number is reached.
