Would be nice to add the following additional validation checks to the tool:

• Components with insulation also have the insultation thickness defined

• Do on-line Instruments have a defined size

• Do inline instruments (rotameters) line size match that of the run

Note: When the user enables the Settings>Validation toggle we should display an information message to the user stating, "You will need to open the Validation tool to see any issues as they occur."
