Set a custom ACS in OPM and have it recognized by OPIM

Ability to rotate text vertically on the dim line

Currently OPIM determines what orientation the dimension text should be based on the oriental of the dim extension lines. The request would be to tell opim the all dim text would be vertical instead of it being mixed like shown in the attached image.
