The request is to create an automatic legend of used Equipment symbols, Raceways and Cables including a visualization. Additional Legend to show used Levels including the color.

I guess we will see this request more times when users are using more equipment e.g. in buildings. I got this request from two user but can´t remember who it was.
The legends shall be created for placed equipment symbols only in 2D and 3D with different visualization. Important will be, the symbols in the legend do not count in BOQ.
Alex, thanks for the examples. One thing I want to clarify is are you wanting a legend based off the catalogs we have or do you want the legend to be generated based on what is placed in the DGN file that you insert the legend on? Have you gotten multiple user requests for this?

Both legend will be useful, one to create from 3D equipment using the same level including color and in 2D using the 2D equipment as visualized in 2D extraction.
In raceways I guess in 3D legend to show the different visualizations and additional entry about the color and the voltage level, in 2D to show the different visualizations in case the 2D Extraction settings are defined in the Options.

Alex, do you have an example of what you are looking to generate. We have a bill of materials report that could be added to the drawing today so I want to understand how this would differ. Also, are you wanting this to be placed specifically on a 2D construction document based on what was used in that 2D drawing?
