Enhance the Raceway ID and Assignment tool's functionality by incorporating the "Export" and "Import" functions, allowing for the seamless assignment of new IDs to existing segments. This streamlined ID assignment process is highly beneficial in efficiently employing IDs for multiple identical units across various projects.

UX Workflow

1. The Raceway ID tool should have an Export button that exports the current raceway IDs to an Excel file. The export file should be similar to screenshot 1.3.jpg and include columns for the Voltage or System, Existing ID, and a blank New ID field.

2. The user can then input a new set of IDs in the New ID field in the Excel file.

3. The user can then select a new Import button which allows the user to select the Excel import file and import the new IDs into the Raceway ID dialog so that they can be applied to the active model.
