Structural Synchronizer and OpenPlant Isometrics are often used by many OpenPlant Modeler users, however some forget to download/install because they are not aware these apps are delivered separately. There could be an option to install them during OPM setup, just like Descartes or LumenRT.
These are now available as related software and dependency in software downloads. Adding that as part of OPM install will increase the size and is discouraged. I have attached a screen shot of how it looks on software downloads. Hope this helps
