Validation for Tag Name in EDM

Hi,

Using Electron app (Open Data Synchronizer), we can update the tag records in bulk using the external datasource.

Once updated, we can see the same result in EDM-Tag Management, but the validation is not done for that record.

This is external database.

Using the electron app, tag records are updated and it starts reflecting but the NAME is not populated properly based on validation.

There should be some possibilities to execute the validation without performing the edit command.

Reason: With edit command we have to enter something to all the records.
