Need to connect Valves directly to a nozzle without placing a pipeline

See attached picture. In general it could happen that a nozzle gets a Valve connected with a plug or a blind flange at the end. In the moment it is not possible to place the valve directly at a nozzle without drawing a pipeline.

Ability to have Driver as a parametric cell upon Placement

We can place driver on an Equipment as shown in attached image, but the only possible stretch is vertically or horizontally and you cannot add vertices to the line coming off the driver to adjust that length.
