Interface to cable calculation tool, e.g. Siemens SIMARIS
Sometimes there is a request from users to have an analytic tool in BRCM to check the necessary cable type and size. I guess a better solution than to create a new tool in BRCM will be to check a possible interface to Siemens SIMARIS.
I got multiple user requests to use save the settings in the AutoPlace conduit commands to be used if the commands are restarted. Perfect will be the possibility to save different settings to use in the project.
Add wallmounted trunking systems to raceway content
In buildings, it´s often required to use wall mounted trunking systems to support e.g. user desk with power, IT connection, telephone etc. Possible example is system from OBO or Nidax or Schneider
The request is to create an automatic legend of used Equipment symbols, Raceways and Cables including a visualization. Additional Legend to show used Levels including the color.
For some cables it's needed to route them in dedicated cable route, which is not always the shortest one. In this case it will be very useful to use "Include raceway segment" option in Cable manager. Currently there is only "exclude" option. So to...
Would add great value to users if we could store BRCM cable and raceway data as assets in AssetWise so that users can manage them over their life cycle.
